First off, rich people have multiple places and NYC is a big famous lively city. Second, it’s babe Ruth’s old apartment.
You said all that drama…. What drama? She’s about as squeaky clean as they come and he is too. If not I’m sure we would’ve read about all the drug induced orgys on the rant. I think it’s more territorial. They don’t want outsides.
