Living near celebrities has major consequences for neighbors.

Its one thing if you're living in Beverly Hills, if you're in some random neighborhood somewhere it can change a lot of dynamics.

I know its a major issue in some places when politicians move in due to security and threat related issues.

They want other older, ultra low key, well-heeled rich folks and certainly not any that would attract attention.

Like, just for example, this being publicly posted on a message board by people who live on the other side of the country.

When I put my co-op up for sale in on the upper west side of NYC the board rejected the first three potential buyers. And one was a doctor. No reasons given. Just rejected.

You know some of these board members do this just to get off on a power trip.

Looks like it’s pretty close to home.

Look like she grew up about 25 miles from NYC

Why the need to put "late"?

They are all late. This was nearly 100 years ago.

For the right money, you could probably convince him to burn grass and pave all of the ground.

The president is usually some old dude who's retired from bossing people as a CEO and now gets off on imposing his iron hand on the building.

Probably better for Livvy as she seems more a Tribeca fit anyway.

Needing permission from strangers to buy a home is something I can’t even comprehend.

It’s a co-op/condo. New Yorks version of an HOA. It’s a private building that has tenants/co-owners. The current tenants need to approve you before you can buy a parcel in their building. It’s as simple as that.

But yes frick New York and HOAs. I’m glad where im at too

The simps on this board for Livy are unreal. I’ll reiterate again, I have no idea what makes her special other than famous for being famous. I’ve maintained from the beginning her linking up with Skenes is her key to success, wealth, and relevancy post college gymnastics.

Makes sense for them to get a place now for when he leaves the Pirates for the Yankees

No it doesn’t. It doesn’t make sense to buy a home with your girlfriend bc in a few years you might work there a few months out of the year.

Hearing about Livvy and Todd Graves fame is starting to wear on me, forget the jealous part. But no doubt they are both overrated considering the pub they get.

She’s not an actress, singer, or sports star (not really) in which fame is a byproduct of talent that isn’t necessarily embraced. Fame is her profession.

Maybe she finds some kind of meaningful career… maybe she’s satisfied with being wealthy on her own and dating/marrying a pro athlete who will be worth $700M in a few years.
