Well not just for the plea deal. It also allows time for the defense team to review the evidence, how it was gathered, if proper procedures were followed, etc. There's always a chance to get the case thrown on technicalities, though I'd think this case is pretty tight based on the charges being levied.

I agree with that and understand the not guilty plea. I just don't think they have anything to offer to the DA's office that they would be interested in.

I don’t know if this has been posted but in the last couple of days on the “real life real crime” podcast they did an update on this case where they go charge by charge and explain exactly what it means.

There is a new episode of Real Life Real Crime on this. They break down each count. You will have to fast forward to the first 17 mins or so because they talk about other shite, but these dudes used to work with him.
They said his nick name used to be "sick dick" because he would frick anything.. As for as women. Crack heads, etc.. He didn't care..

The first episode they did on him a few months ago they go into how he used to frick anything. And basically if they would have known what he was doing he would be dead

Yeah.. He mentioned something about the energy drinks. I am not sure if he gave some people he worked with contaminated drinks buts he said if he ever accepted a drink from him and he found out it was contaminated with his sperm he would find away to kill him..

Can't wait to see Jarrett argue how syslog activity on Denny's computer doesn't belong to him.
If Denny isn't connected to the DS scoutmaster then I would be amazed.
I think they got the scoutmaster on the syslog SSL transfer activity between the two of them. Maybe there was more in that log yet to be revealed.

those dudes need to just shut up on the situation, nothing they say makes their perspective on anything worthwhile to the message they are trying to put forward.
when they say shite like this, no one cares about your brotherhood oath when this is the end result. those two are just as guilty as anyone else in the department who let that shite slide. don't give those cowards your ear if they couldn't do the morally right thing when it was staring at them in the face.

You are an idiot. Those two guys have worked hundreds of child cases and they actually worked with the guy. They said straight up that they were fooled by him. If you listened to the first episode about the situation you would understand that.

I can't imagine anyone being jealous of that podcast unless they are a mommy blogger from 2006 it is straight-up horrible. They try to make him out as some sort of evil genius where in the pantheon of evil geniuses he wouldn't even rate. Denny and Cynthia were just a pair of sick dumbfricks that got caught the first time someone bothered to look at them. Caught with enough evidence in their own home to warrant multiple life sentences.
