Every case that Perkins has worked on. Every person that was convicted will now be subject to review. Probably a large percentage will be thrown out and persons now in jail will be released and they will file their lawsuits.
How about the people he had sex with in order to have charges dropped.

I would like for someone with legal knowledge to clarify the 1 count, if it would cover multiple victims

His new attorney is ridiculous and says it was all just a joke. Lawd.

Perkins Atty:
He 100% didn’t do the cupcake stuff
Also acted like she forced him into it
While she is divorcing him because she’s scared of him
I don’t think the it was him / it was her defense is going to help either of them, they should say guilty & let everyone move on with their lives

They've both just pled not guilty.
DA should drop the child porn charges on both of them.
Hand that evidence to the FBI and let them slide smooth up the Sheriff's arse.
The DA still has plenty rape charges to get a conviction locally, and a re-election.

That's not a requirement.

Child Pornography Child pornography is a form of child sexual exploitation. Federal law defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (persons less than 18 years old). Images of child pornography are also referred to as child sexual abuse images. Federal law prohibits the production, distribution, importation, reception, or possession of any image of child pornography. A violation of federal child pornography laws is a serious crime, and convicted offenders face fines severe statutory penalties (For more information, see Citizen's Guide to Federal Law on Child Pornography).

Honestly that’s not a horrible defense. It’s kind of like how slapping a girl on the arse isn’t sexual assault if you say good game after.

Wouldn't surprise me at all, but they're probably guilty of a whole lot of other shite anyway. The "fluid mingling" charge is just the cherry on top of the sundae, up there a-ticklin' some weird wannabe Columbo itch for the authorities.

Well his new attorney made 2 stories on the news. This one and he’s the. Attorney for the kid that killed his dad by White Oak Plantation and he got his bond reduced.

What about the animal sex charge?

That has been a known fact for many many years ,i personally know someone who told me directly that she was a victim of this exact accusation 5 years ago , I believed her then and now it seems to be the least fricked up thing this piece of sh*t has been accused of !!!!

He's got an excellent defense attorney: Jarrett Ambeau
I've seen him in action.

She fricked him so the charges against her were dropped?

That's a bold strategy with the video evidence the DA has.
A not guilty plea is more of a legal maneuver than anything else. It doesn't mean that the accused is actually claiming innocence. It helps buy time for negotiation of a plea deal. A not guilty plea can be changed or withdrawn at anytime prior to trial. However, it's much tougher to get a guilty plea reversed to not guilty once it's already been declared.

Not much to bargain with for a plea deal. Seems like the DA has everything that he needs to put them both away forever, unless the two have dirty on others and want to spill the beans.
