There were articles saying a third person (female)was believed to be involved but they weren't releasing the name. Now I can't find the articles.

IMO the confusion is that the indictment states “a person over 17 years of age”
It’s not an unnamed person, it’s stating that they are 17 years old, I am guessing the charge would be different if the person being indicted were 15 years old

Just a FYI, but the podcast Real Life Real Crime has a new episode on this. Well they had an episode (not about this released Saturday, but the one before that one is about this with some more info an about someone else being involved).

1. We don't need anymore plugs for dudes who knowingly looked the other way at Denny Perkins's behavior. They don't deserve the plug.
2. We're talking about a rumor dropped by SlackMaster that there is a third-party supplying money to the legal fees of Denny Perkins.
3. That podcast is just two dudes reading case files who have their whole reputation tied up in this case. If you think you're going to get the whole truth out of that podcast, then you're going to be disappointed.
it's literally just them giving a reading of a case file and putting it in layman's terms. this is not even journalism, it's straight up read alongs.
