Ask the US Secret Service Office in New Orleans to do a forensic analysis of the drives. They have one of the most advanced forensic departments in the country hidden inside their office in Metairie. Those guys will jump on this case in a heart beat to help out.

Do you really think Lt Baw was tech savvy enough to do SSL transfers of his data? I mean he obviously left iCloud backups on so I highly doubt it

State prisoners wear that blue
Male LADOC inmates wear orange for the most part. As far as wardrobe goes they haven't been convicted yet so they can wear civilians to court unless there is a security reason otherwise. I am assuming he had someone give him some civilian clothes to wear to court or its what he had on him when he was arrested. Those are def not issued by the DOC.

Perkins’ lawyer says “her understanding, her recollection, and memory of these alleged events is very different than what is being reported in the media.”

This would be the “I reject your reality and substitute my own” defense.
She tries this in court with the evidence they supposedly have and deliberations will be short.

No. They can not. There are procedures that must be followed. Once again your lack of knowledge is incredible but you still post complete crap and fantasies you think up in your head. People in this parish are scared, he has buddies blah blah blah. Please keep your stupidity on your personal Facebook page where it won’t be seen.

I do live in LP and your posts are still garbage. The only way this makes me feel better is if you post less.

This lady is 97 years old and still manages to keep up with current events and technology enough to post on a message board and this is how you’re gonna treat her? Have a little respect son.

I know it’s late, but I just saw a video of the press conference. The Livingston Parish Sheriff appears to be incompetent at best. Corrupt at worst.

I think her attorneys angle with that statement is that she may have been drugged or impaired, possibly involuntarily. If her attorney plays the victim card, it may help during sentencing but it’s not going to get her off scot-free.

I do believe that many people in LP are reluctant to attach their name to any public challenge to Chief Tard but I also believe TigerGirl23 overestimates the % of LP population who feels the same as she and her immediate social circle.

if by social circle you mean facebook friends, then yes. the typical LP citizen has nothing to fear from signing a recall petition against sheriff tard
hyperbole is the lingua franca of the internet
