Isn't it illegal to have a gun in LA?

this is the governmental equivalent of going to your doctor and saying "Doctor, it hurts when I do this." and his answer is "Don't do that."

Social workers are going to have a busy year.
"Why do you feel the need to point that gun, sir? Could you just set that pistol on the table and you over there do the same. And now we can go sit at this table and have a little discussion about who upset the other person."

It's fricking planned. It's not the budget that's the issue. We have to get rid of the guns.

And they'll just keep voting Democrat.

Once there is no more red states for people to flee to from blue states and continue voting blue, this country is done.
Being blue with means, isn't so bad when you can flee to the Atlanta and Austin's of the world and restart in an actual functioning city. Problem arises when you have fked up all available options as well.

That's the cops not giving a shite anymore since no one seems to have their "SIX."

I am not saying that the budget cuts aren’t a factor but the world was a very different place 12 months ago.
Crime is up everywhere, less police certainly doesn’t help but it’s not the only factor

Did they send some social workers out to address these issue?
