This is important as logistics is a major issue there. Many pubs cannot consider even putting in a glycol unit for beer due to space issues

This is the issue. They don't have the energy to support all of that AC. Decades of stupid policies have led them to the point that they have to ration electricity in times like this. If they ran their AC like we do their energy bills would be like $1200 a month.
