Fun fact: I grew up right around here and it was a decent enough area even into the 90s. Same as Dolton, home of the Mayor there and all her antics the last few years that always get posted here. Both places are like 8 miles apart.

I'd be more willing to believe it than COVID. Go ahead and look up the batting average historically for rodent-borne pathogens and get back to me. If we ever do get another legit worldwide pandemic with mass casualties it will look more like hantavirus than coronavirus.

One time I went home from the bar with a girl that was friends with a female friend of mine. The friend of mine kinda helped the whole thing along all evening until we left. We get back to my place and the chick falls asleep on my bed within like 5 minutes of getting there. I grab my phone and snap a pic and text it to my friend with something like "Thanks a lot for sending me home with this sleepy arse bitch." Turns out I accidentally sent it to the girls phone.

Definitely. Bloomington is generally a really nice college town and doesn't have high crime or a lot of the other issues that go with certain demographics. But weekends like this definitely bring in out of towners.

They do. Little 500 is a whole weekend long thing on and off campus. The actual bike race is just the reason for the weekend. It's an old tradition and the whole weekend is pretty crazy.
