It could be that the population that commits most of the crimes happens to live in the southern states and inner cities.
It’s not abortion that is the solution. The solution is the shunning and rejection of “culcha”. Stop rewarding poor behavior, stop generational government dependence, and promote the family unit.
Infanticide as a solution to financial issues, population issues, etc is as Hitleresque as it gets. The solution is much harder, but will ultimately yield better results.

If abortion is made illegal, then I think every family with a child with major birth complications and problems should have 100% of all the child's Healthcare paid by the government.
