It had to be hell before widespread banking where you had to carry cash (probably in the form of coins or gold) through some pretty undeveloped areas. Places like ancient Rome, Medieval England and heck even the early days of the U.S. old West.

Try being a public school teacher in Lafayette where they basically have a free fkn pass to do whatever they want.
Can't actually punish them, because then the data would show that one demographic (which comprises only 35% of the parish students) is responsible for over 82% of the behavior referrals.
Same thing happened in 2011. Instead of addressing the obvious problem the statistics proved, the FEDS stepped in and said our policies are obviously racist.

District not too far from me has the same thing going on. State said the school is racist because 10% of the student body is getting 90% of the discipline. Kids who go there say that 10% is causing 90% of the problems.

I started following Grizzy when I moved to Katy. Definitely opened my eyes to the "culture" in the area.
