As a black man, I squarely say this is some bullshite, and that D.E.I. is another way to social engineer laziness and victim mentality into the greater population and have folks feel justified. I own a small business and I absolutely hate when my own folks refer as a "black owned business." No! I own a business, with no stipulations and no hands out.

We should do an experiment. Take the 3 worst performing states in the middle of the county and segregate two of them and the third make it as diverse as possible.
Revisit them after a couple of years and see how each one is doing.

I’m loving this new segregated society we are moving towards. I guess I won’t be able to hire black people because I want them to be safe. Segregated restaurants, movie theaters, schools, grocery and retail stores. Man, I want to keep black people
