I think this might be the solution. Segregated cities and states again. Desegregation worked up until the early 2000’s but race baiting media and politicians along with the morons who follow their lead have made it an untenable proposition.

Look up “Sweet Baby Inc”. They are an ESG company that promotes diversity in video games. Nearly every triple A dev company has received funding from them. EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Rockstar, you name it
