What? Every single job that you listed is likely required to function as a company. If Coca Cola, Microsoft, Toyota, and Walmart's HR and DEI teams disappeared tomorrow, only the most miserable of their workers will notice. It sure as shite wouldn't affect the customers.

I was told by this board’s fine denizens that it was all the lazy, good for nothing remote workers who were getting hit with layoffs.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams
People need to word this appropriately.

It is Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE), not DEI.

Not a big fan of these people but that being said they can also act as a barrier and protection for those in control. They basically do the dirty work and shield upper management. Also have to do all the crappy paperwork and listen to people bitch.

"76% of job seekers and employees consider diversity and inclusion when sizing up potential employers".

What a load of crap and outright lie!

I’m honestly surprised that DEI is being let go but at least this gives me hope for the future. It at least shows that when things get to but cutting time business is still about business. DEI works when the sunshine is being pumped.

Cold hard fact if the world, the producers and killers will either always have a spot or will land on their feet. Those that depend on DEI for a job aren’t cut for tough times.

To say it is hitting these folks disproportionately is just an opinion if there are cool graphics, but no facts and figures to support it.

It probably isn’t hitting them enough if we are being honest.

In fact, DEI are statistically a detriment to a company's bottom line.

Funniest part is they don't even make the company more diverse.

When times are good, there’s room for feel-good corporate bloat. DEI HR jobs are the epitome of that.

Explain to me if I a wrong, but the jobs that unfairly fired people.. They would be told by the companies to work for to fire them right? They were just doing the company's dirty work no? HR can't just up and fire someone without consulting with legal or get word from their hirer up.. I assume??

Chris all in a tizzy about DIE and HR employees being let go due to a recession (that he voted for), yet was one of our COVIDIANS suggesting unvaccinated employees should be fired by their employer.

OP,

Why do you never link the stories but rather post images of the cover?

I am shocked at how stupid you are in every single thread.

It's not ignorance regarding one topic, you are legitimately the dumbest person on this website.

Lastly, what surprises me the most is how you feel compelled to say something in every thread, even when you have nothing of value to add. This shows just how stupid you are.

To be fair to Chris, it’s easy to see how he doesn’t comprehend the hiring and firing process since he’s collected govt checks his whole life

Get fricked. We aren’t happy about them losing their job we are happy that their chance to oppress people based on skin color, gender, religion, etc. has been removed.

Corporate feel good fluff to appease the activist-terrorists.

It will return with a vengeance at some point.
