Absolutely the worst. In a storm moving south to north and being just to the east of the eye, you get the northern then eastern then southern eyewall with no break. Also get the trailing 'tail' of rain from the SW as the storm pulls away.

Christ man, you are gonna make your whole family bite it with you? What are you an Egyptian pharaoh?

I10 bridge will be designated “blue shed” for this one. I think it has a live feed. Let’s see if that pos can hold

I enjoy a nice latte with a methamphetamine foam on top for landfall night, personally.

He makes me needlessly nervous. He's almost too high strung for his chosen profession.

I left my wife's car in the casino parking garage to avoid flooding but now I'm worried 150 mph wind will push it around in the garage. It's just a Prius. How F'd is it going to be?

Sounds like a slew of Tornado Warnings were just issued for Lake Charles and East towards Iowa.

Might as well go out high as can be. Have to be crazy to be in this mess.

That seems way way too low. 35mph isn’t going to topple an ambulance.
Ambulances are very prone to flipping, driving one in high winds is scary as hell

The bridge cams have reflected internal server errors ever since the KPLC team abandoned their station.

No increase in winds on new advisory. No decrease, either. I don’t think we will see a Cat. 5, but that doesn’t really matter.

Well it’s a Yota so it’s gonna run for sure
Probably drive it thru the surge if you want to
