they called me last Thursday to say court was closed this Wed. they have been preparing since the middle of last week at least

Precisely what the 06Z GFS Ensembles show, just got to iron out the details and when it begins the more north-western turn in about 2 days.

I don’t understand how they say this thing is moving WNW at all. It moved 0.1N and 0.8W in 3 hours. That is moving about 277 degrees or just slightly above due W. Each of the plots on the track have it moving more NW by now. This thing has to be taking longer to make the curve then they thought and heading further W

Tracks are coming into alignment on Laura. West Louisiana


I sit here this morning on the dock and it’s delightful. I fully expected to wake up to a gray sky with rain whipping through but it is downright delightful. Cool and breezy like a fall morning. I really could use the rain too

After being devoid of deep convection the last few hours, storms are starting to fire off again now that the center is over water.
