fricking bingo. 2 of the dead were MAJ GENs and the entire senior staff gone. How about that fire for effect after the first round landed.

I hope baw has adequate PTO to cover it.

(Saw elsewhere that his injuries weren’t serious but that he did fly back to Moscow).

It feels like Russia is losing generals on a WW1 level

Russia is fighting a war using 1960s doctrine against 2022 technology.

Only thing I’d disagree with this, is the idea Russia is reporting this as military strikes this is a relatively new development if true. They’ve been beefing up security around all infrastructure. It’s sabotage alright but mostly a combination of cyber and self sabotage.

That strike was incredibly precise. It reconciles with some of the intercepted audio of Russian soldiers complaining about the artillery being very effective.

The booms are about to get bigger, should start seeing 155 strikes soon.

Which is why some people think the US should cancel the A-10.

He was there but apparently unhurt?

At any rate he has lots of new staff positions to fill.

The updates from the East were basically no progress though. I guess staging for this potential?

NYT now reporting the Ukrainians say he had been there, but left some time prior to the strike.

Russia can't resupply it's troops 40 miles from Belgorod. How are they going to open a second front in Transnistria?

I’m sure they have some CCT or Pathfinder who can call in an air resupply

they couldn’t hold airports either, but kept trying and failing.

I guess it would go to the theory they want to start something in Transnistria to support domestic mobilization.

I dunno, but the Romanians (with adult supervision) can handle that.

They also only have about 1500 guys there apparently. It's not like they're going to march on Odesa with that.
