I’m glad the United States cares more about global humanitarianism without strings or oversight more than they do the value of money and effects of over spending. There is no greater calling or cause than to put others ahead of yourself. Surely if we just keep giving more and more money to any causes we think need money and continue to print money whenever we can’t justify current spending our value of the dollar will actually increase because everyone will be so happy about how we’re spending our money no one will care about how much we’ve devalued our currency.

And another one down

quote:

The Ukrainian military is claiming that Colonel Ivan Grishin, the commander of Russia's 49th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade (1st Tank Army), was killed. A Russian VK page from Smolensk is saying that he was killed on April 16.

Last night was a good night for Ukraine and by all accounts Russia has left this regrouping go on way too long. There are serious issues attached to the new armour being ready to go at this point not to mention a real reluctance on the part of ordinary soldiers to engage in this latest push. The overnight numbers are pretty grim for Russia.

Not to mention the fact that Russia is telling the world what it wants to do. If it wanted to cut of Ukraine’s military and solidify its control of eastern Ukraine. Do it in a way where ppl on the internet don’t have three weeks to discuss it. Eventually your opponent is going to figure it out and adapt. Russian leaders obviously never heard of speed and/or deception.

Oh no fellow groomer Ukranian bro's. Russia captured Mariupol, In the Kherson region, a referendum on the creation of the Kherson People's Republic is being prepared, Berdyansk: the coat of arms of Ukraine is removed from the city executive committee, 5 missiles landed on Lvov - Ukraine reports interruptions in the railway communication of trains - Presumably tried to disrupt supply of weapons from NATO, Ukrainian sources claim that the RF Armed Forces have occupied several villages in the Gulyai-Polye area, and finally Units of the NM of the LPR and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation entered Kremennaya. There are street fights.
Things are not looking good for us.

Got any more reports on how the Moskva didn't really sink, and that there was just a small fire due to a sailor smoking in an area he shouldn't have?

You might have missed this but a few pages back I posted this...
quote:

They announced plans to go ahead and change all of the teachers curriculum to the Russian standard BEFORE the totally non rigged referendum votes to join Russia

quote:

Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Liudmyla #Denisova states that #Russia plans to hold a so-called ‘referendum’ in #Kherson Region between May 1 and May 10.

LINK

quote:

Teachers from occupied territories are planned to be transferred to “Russian educational standards”

Classes on "re-profiling" of teachers from #Kherson, #Kharkiv and #Zaporozhye regions are going to be held in the summer in #Crimea, said leader of annexed Crimea Sergey Aksyonov. LINK

And it makes even less sense as Ukraine has been gaining ground towards Kherson.

On the Twitter verse it's saying that Ukraine had a roughly 30km push E and NE of Izium (think that's the main city they been fighting over) and cut off most if not all of the supply roads leading into it

Not surrounded, but will be difficult to resupply the troops there now

ETA:
quote:

The Armed Forces of #Ukraine liberated several villages near #Izyum, said the speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Motuzyanyk.

LINK

quote:

#Izyum axis update. Ongoing #Ukrainian counter-attack has pushed back #Russian forces to west of Borova. Front lines shifting some but not stable right now.

LINK

But sadly Russia also had some advances further east

quote:

Overnight #Russia took control of most or all of #Kreminna. The #Luhansk governor reported that Russia entered the town at night and overwhelmed #Ukrainian forces. He further stated that the evacuation planned for civilians today was no longer possible due to the Russian attack.
This new #Russian offensive puts #Ukrainian troops west of #Borova at risk of encirclement.
