Well they went on the offensive and drove the Russians out of northern Ukraine.
That was a tactical Russian retreat designed to sucker the Ukrainianx into thinking they were being forced out.

Ok. But you continually paint this rosey picture for the Russians that arent supported, by facts or their performance on the filed.

1000 rubles says that the war ends with Russia being humiliated and Putin deciding not to run for reelection in 2024.

If he’s still in power then, do they even bother holding an election? He’s going out kicking and screaming one way or another.

The Ukrainians are stoked about recapturing Viktor Medvedchuk, bestie of Putin & godfather to his daughter. He was under house arrest awaiting trial prior to the war, but went on the lam when the invasion started. Got caught wearing Ukrainian fatigues.
Damn xxTimmyxx has really let himself go.

Terribly sorry but what the frick are you talking about? Torture videos? The Ukrainians are taking their revenge? GTFO with this shite posting
The episode that got the most attention, was the Kharkov video.
It shows a courtyard with perhaps a dozen Russian POWs, bleeding to death from wounds to their lower extremities. They’re being questioned as they die.
At one point in the video, one of the Ukrainians speaks to another soldier, making sure that one of the Russians has been indeed shot in the leg. That’s when you begin to understand what’s happening.
The video concludes with three more Russian POWs being unloaded from a minibus.
As they step out, one of their captors shoots them from close range in the leg, he fires from perhaps one to two feet away. They fall to the ground.
This is the video that compelled Kiev to put out a statement about the humane treatment of POWs.
There’s also video of the aftermath of an execution by a Georgian paramilitary group, somewhere on a road NW of Kiev. There are three Russian soldiers, and the road is slicked with their blood. One of the Russian soldiers is still moving in the video, and the cameraman closes and fires three more shots into him. The video continues with a few soldiers celebrating. Another man stabs one of the dead man in the eyes.
Theres another video, that shows the murder of another Russian POW in Kharkov. The man is on his knees, head hooded, hands bound. His captor removes his hood and flashes a long knife in front of his face, and then stabs him to death, repeatedly punching the knife through the mans eyes.
There are also photos of Russian pilots with severed index fingers, and photos of prisoners with extreme bruising to their face. In addition there are the videos of Ukrainian servicemen using the phones of dead Russians, or Russian POWs to taunt their friends/relatives.
These are specific examples, and could be isolated. But given how nasty the war in the Donbas has been over the last eight years. I suspect it reflects a savagery that has simply become normal for them.
The use of paramilitaries, and local defense forces probably exacerbates the problem. The government has less control over these people. And these formations have less training and less experienced leadership. That means poorer discipline.
Civil wars also bring out the worst in people.

I don’t think the moderators would permit that kind of content. For good reason.
You can find the videos through a search engine though.

As long as it is not porn and you label it as NSFW you are good. If you get banned then I will go to the help board to get you out of jail since you are not an alter.

I got a sense of him over there when he said he would've taken the side of the Franco-ists over the Republicans in the Spanish Civil War and he's said elections are pointless because governments always descend into oligarchy. I think a lot of the more extreme poliboarders see Putin as representing a cleansing flame against what they see as evil in the West.

That there's fricked up authoritarian shite going on in the west I'll agree. Covid reactions back that up rather succinctly.
Backing another authoritarian as the cure is fricking stupid though.
