Happened a few times in this thread when someone mentions political board going overboard on something, but when I look myself (as should be the norm) it definitely has some of it but not nearly as absolute as some make it out to be here. Most also seem more anti both Ukraine and Russia (wanting to be more isolationists in this ) and less pro-Russia than some have stated here (not talking debate or comments about who is winning or who has resources as that’s not always pro one side or the other).

Admittedly I am not checking in real time or spending a lot of time, but they way some have been described it here I wouldn’t think that would matter and should be fairly obvious with quick looks much less going through some of it.

Not saying I agree with everything I read there or even spend a lot of time there outside of checking out what gets posted here (I have always been anti-Putin), but some of the ones complaining here like Rockford and few complete fools would be complaining about them 24/7 as they are leftist or liberals (obviously not all like yourself Centinel). You can see in votes and comments that this thread is not a normal OT Thread. It’s not all liberals, but number of liberals is well out of proportion in this thread than are involved day to day discussions on the OT which many called political board lite before this war.

No my comment was framed in a way to reference what I also quoted. It’s means all aren’t running with it. When some said the board was running it I figured that meant most would be buying it hook, line, and sinker. It actually seems like most by far are not buying it. Others are discussing what’s if’s and implications, but even those aren’t taken the info as 100% accurate. Probably a few you might take as running with in a 5 page discussion. I don’t know posters as for example One I saw seemed downvoted and another possibly could have been a troll or sarcasm. Definitely some other joking around that should not be taken serious. Every thread has these including this one.

Read discussion for yourself unless you are to closed minded like a few here whose comments are very much based on their own politics and try to do here what they accuse the political board of doing.

If there was another discussion about this topic elsewhere I didn’t see it, and that’s why I asked when I posted link as that discussion seemed nothing like the takes on it here.

In regards to comments about the political board This thread is becoming its own echo chamber. Majority of echos have always been negative about political board due to their own politics and a few even complain the OT was pushing politics like the political board too much. I don’t agree with everything there or here or really anywhere, but I have read some of the recent group think posts within this thread about current discussions on the political board and have tried to go see what’s going on only to not find things as extreme as stated - far majority running with said views (oh my god a thread was started so that means the board is running with it…). Rockford and a handful of liberals and leftists posting in this thread have a a hard on for it. Others are the thread’s ditto heads. They claim to want to keep political stuff out of thread, but they just can’t help themselves.
