I stopped watching almost 50 years ago, it just isn't interesting at all. It is almost more entertaining all year long, watching idiot actors, with 4th grade educations, telling the rest of us what to think, and how to live.

North Korea will never successfully invade the ROK, but they could frick shite up. They have hundreds if not thousands of artillery emplacements within range of Seoul. If half of them manage to get a couple of rounds off they would do tremendous damage. The biggest threat is just a potential social collapse in the north, and the resulting refugee crisis. Germany still hasn't fully integrated the GDR, and that was a peaceful reunification.

He's essentially a tsar, an authoritarian absolute monarch disguised as a faux democratically elected chief executive. The "oligarchs" he controls are effectively the "nobles" who rebelled against Nicholas in 1917.
Either way, definitely not an idealogical communist. No such thing exists at a national government level anywhere (the closest approximation is the Israeli kibbutz, ironically our closest ally). He's one of the richest people in the history of the world.
Anyone who thinks any Soviet-era beauraucrat in Russia was a communist true believer is mentally retarded (I'm looking at you, Henry Kissinger...).

Putin is going to have to step up the bombing because "the U.S. DOD says 75% of Russia's battalion tactical group capacity is being utilized in Ukraine." He's getting pushed back in areas and upwards of 10,000 Anti-tank missiles & MANPADs have made it to Ukraine in the last 72 hours from 7 different countries.
