Looked a little into Ukraine suspending 11 political parties. Didn’t see this posted in this thread yet.
Axios article
Looks completely true - with the following clarifying information. Ukraine has 349 registered political parties. Of the 11 suspended for ties with Russia, only 1 of them has parliamentary seats (with 39 of the 450 available seats). What this move most prominently does is remove any legitimacy for puppet mayors put in place by Russia.

What do you think that means? And why is it bad?

We don’t want to escalate this into a war with the United States but we will support our Nato allies
It’s the best option

The risk is any actions by the West/NATO that Putin sees as aggression risks a nuclear response. Even more so if the US is seen as leading such action, it needs to be the Iraq war but flips the percentages
Putin has telegraphed EVERY move, he's trying to reverse the loss of the ColdWar only a " hot war" does that

Why is Russian top brass even on the front lines? US doesn’t do that, we use intelligence and reports and relay it to base where the top brass coordinate our missions.
Russia thinks wars are fought like it’s still 1944

And if we did absolutely nothing it would be how we’re being pussies under this administration. Everyone just sits and waits and then bitches about why we should have done it differently after the fact. We’re being supportive without being actively combative. That’s probably the best option
