I want to say after 600 plus pages, I appreciate this thread. I come here before reading much anything else and I get a good idea of the situation in Ukraine with the good and bad. If anyone still reads the Fox News website, almost every day they have an article indicating we are going to get nuked or otherwise get pushed around in the world going forward.

Long thread on Reddit about how tanks APCs are effective if backed by air support and infantry neither of which support Russian tanks in this invasion. Fuel and food as afterthought is a recipe for frickery

It’s interesting that Russia’s playbook now, mirrors how video games like red alert and command and conquer from 20 years ago portrayed them, based on their actions from WWII. A mass rush of vehicle based warfare and an abundance of conscripts. Not much has changed with their tactics.
