There was a post with someone saying all Ukrainian air defense weaponry was taken out. There’s also reports saying Russia is still struggling mightily to gain traction. No idea what to believe, anyone else heard anything about Ukraine air defense weapons?

Yes Belarus is a member of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Collective Security Treaty Organization which is basically a FSU version of NATO. Plus Belarus is Russia's biotch.

I doubt it. Turkey is still a part of NATO sure but they've been drifting away from NATO for years now and into the hands of Russia.
The two have centuries-old enmity as well, but Erdogan has gotten very cozy playing up Russia while spurning the West.
Hell, Turkey got kicked out of the F-35 program because they purchased an advanced Russian missile defense system despite warnings not to.

I think you can take any reports that say something like this with a giant grain of salt. By all indications, Russia hasn't really deployed much of their capability yet.
At this stage, it almost feels like Russia is just doing some probing to find areas of weakness in Ukraine to exploit.
