I'm thinking that the thousands of pieces of military equipment, and tens of thousands of men stacked openly on the border,and not one Hezbollah missle landing on them is a clear sign of how this will go.

Elon and SpaceX do not sell Starlink terminals in Russia. But buyers in many other countries will buy them and then reship them to Russia. SpaceX then works to ID and disable these terminals.
I'm no fan of Elon, but SpaceX is doing everything it can to prevent Russian use of Starlink. This is actually a huge problem for Russia's entire weapons supply chain.
