Genuinely asking. Maybe they did, I just doubt it as there is no strategic or public perception advantage to doing so. Russia's military incompetence is well noted in hundreds if not thousands of comments in this thread, its not exactly hard to believe they missed their actual target.

I don't think there is any question that it was intentional and part of a continuing terror campaign. They've struck Apts and schools and railway depots. Places where they know there will be civilians.

Not at all, the US has had several incidents where we hit something we weren't supposed to over the past decade even though we weren't even in an 'official' war.

They throw their missiles into urban areas and fire a second missile to take out the first responders. That’s the facts.
We should be providing Ukraine with the tools to defend themselves against the Russian terror war.
