Plus, Ukraine has finite miliary resources. They'll put up a flock of drones hoping 1 or 2 get through to hit a refinery or other military target. Imagine the damage they could cause if they targeted schools and hospitals in medium sized Russian cities that had no air defense systems.

Ugh, targets should be the Russian missile launchers and the air bases housing the Russian air craft that launch the glide missiles.
I’m not in favor of responding in kind. Ukraine doesn’t need to kill civilians when there are plenty of military targets available.

I can recall multiple posters painting all Russians as essentially orcs, so I absolutely think so. Most people see troops on both sides as people doing something they either have to do to (Ukraine) or being forced to do something they don't truly care about or support (Russia), but you get a few in here who circle jerk any time Russian troops are killed.
Ukraine makes advances and you're happy about it? Great. That probably even involved some Russian troops getting killed, but you're happy about Ukraine's success and not directly celebrating the people dying. Theres a clear difference between the two IMO.
Its just really strange and sick, especially since those people are supposedly Americans and just "observing the conflict".

It is a waste of resources to spread attacks out to civilian targets of no military value. Terrorism of that type just ramps up resistance.
