You make as much sense as the dude we all assume was mobilized in Oct 2022. Did you return and open a new account?

Trump has already publicly stated that it is unacceptable.

Clinging this hard to a comment made during a debate is outright comical

It’s a civil war, there’s an identity split in Ukraine that goes back to the Commonwealth.

No, Ukraine is fighting because they want to live in a liberal democracy. They don't want to live under a fascist dictatorship.

When you say "we" you mean the USSR right, because that's what i was referring to.

More than 50% of Ukrainians have family in Russia.

We know that many do, and I personally several of them who are from Russia and against Putin's war.

So, what you are saying is that most of those who live in our Rio Grande Valley would side with Mexico declared a "special military operation" to militarily invade the USA? Your justification is shitty at best

Holy shite. You've held up that "I'm smarter and more objective than anybody" pretense admirably for a while. But when it fell off it REALLY fell off. You've been exactly what I expected for a long time, but you've just been a phony while doing it. No surprise there. As to CitizenK - I work in the same industry and he's been spot on with everything factual. Hell, he's a couple of levels higher than I am, and I prefer to be in the technical trenches. You may not like his opinions, but I'm reasonably sure he his American. The idea that there are 2-3 Ukrainian agents in here is one of the funniest things I've read in this thread. We've had several rather silly Russians who didn't last long because they sucked at it. The first tell is join date. You don't stack up too well at Sept. of 2023. CitizenK at Aug. 2019, try again.

Not anybody, just most of you

He is clearly either dumb or has a language barrier. And he LOVES Ukraine. But yeah I doubt he’s actually Ukrainian.

Then just outright accuse me of being Russian. Go through my post history and see how that idea holds up

Thanks for actually somewhat getting the joke, it was supposed to be funny. That’s the point. This thread isn’t important. People aren’t being swayed by anything in here and it actually has quite a small reach. We MIGHT have one Russian agent in here. You’re a fricking doofus if you actually think there are multiple agents of either side in here spinning narrative webs. How you reacted to my post is how I react to all of you calling people who are just dumb Russian disinfo agents

His complaint all along is that we wouldn't be spending the amount of money we are if he had been in office because Putin would have not INVADED

Which is magical thinking. Does Trump think Putin will retreat when he is elected? Of course not.

ISW Update

Key Takeaways:

Ukrainian drone strikes deep within Russia continue to pressure Russia's air defense umbrella and force the Russian military command to prioritize allocating limited air defense assets to cover what it deems to be high-value targets.

Ukrainian forces continue targeting Russian air defense systems in occupied Ukraine and in Russia’s border areas to set conditions to field F-16 fighter jets following their anticipated Summer-Fall 2024 arrival to Ukraine.

The Russian 235th Garrison Military Court released former 58th Combined Arms Army (CAA) Major General Ivan Popov from pre-detention on July 15 center and placed him under house arrest until October 11.

Armenian police detained another Russian citizen in Armenia, likely at the request of Russian authorities, amid deteriorating Armenian-Russian political and security relations.

An investigation by Russian opposition outlet The Bell found that approximately 650,000 people left Russia following the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine and have not returned.

Russian forces recently advanced northwest of Avdiivka.

The Russian government is continuing to improve Russia's bureaucratic mobilization and conscription systems.

I see your point, as soon as we walked away our allies lost everything. Seems like a good idea for ukraine to negotiate....while they still have something left.

We agree here, Trump will hand over Ukraine to Putin in the first six months he's in office.

They are a sovereign country, we cant "hand over" anything. Or, are you saying the only reason they are standing is because of our support, which just furthers the argument the US should never have instigated a coup in the first place.

Lima is speaking the truth. We are supplying their weapons, paying their civil servants, even paying the pensions. All this nonsense about new weapons contracts, how the heck are they going to manufacture when they cant even make payrolll??????? They are done when the US taxpayer stops funding this nonsense.

When you desire to stop seeing the senseless killing of your fellow man is greater than your hatred of Russia maybe we will have peace.

Let us express the opinion that the same publication will soon publish another article in which it will accuse Russia of unwillingness to conclude peace agreements, because Moscow will reject Kyiv’s proposal along with Zelensky’s “peace formula.” The Russian Foreign Ministry has already stated that it does not plan to take part in events organized by Ukraine, since nothing good will come of them. These are yet another Western gathering, with the help of which the United States and its allies want to force Russia to accept their terms. So, what is called “peace initiatives of Ukraine” in the United States is not such for Russia.
