Russia has lost certainly committed war crimes. New evidence of diesels of tortured bodies are being found in Kherson.

People should be cautious when dealing with Anyone who has consistently exhibited signs of bi-polar disorder. As someone who has seen it firsthand with friends, they should be not be expected to engage in a logical discussion during a manic episode.

Key Takeaways

Russian forces conducted another massive wave of missile strikes across Ukraine on November 17

Russian forces in eastern Kherson Oblast are likely partially vulnerable to a Ukrainian interdiction campaign such as the one Ukrainian forces successfully exploited to retake western Kherson Oblast.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree changing the composition of the Russian Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) on November 17.

Russian sources continued to claim that Ukrainian troops are conducting counteroffensive operations along the Svatove-Kreminna line.

Russian forces continued ground attacks around Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and southwest of Donetsk City.

Ukrainian troops continued targeting Russian military assets and concentration areas on the east bank of Kherson Oblast and in the rear areas of Zaporizhia Oblast on November 17.

Russian authorities continue to face discontented mobilized personnel and low morale on the front lines.

Russian occupation officials continued to destroy Ukrainian culture in Russian-occupied territories.

I am merely holding OML to account for his ridiculous and frankly hilariously awful predictions and spasmodic episodes. According to that neurotic bumpkin, we should be experiencing massive global shortages in food by now, serious unrest on the streets, etc., etc.

Also that bitch owes me money.

British Defence Intelligence
UPDATE ON UKRAINE 18 November 2022
INTELLIGENCE UPDATE

Following the withdrawal of its forces from west of the Dnipro River, Russian forces continue to prioritise refitting, reorganisation and the preparation of defences across most sectors in Ukraine.

Units have constructed new trench systems near the border of Crimea, as well as near the Siversky-Donets River between Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. Some of these locations are up to 60 km behind the current front line, suggesting that Russian planners are making preparations in case of further major Ukrainian breakthroughs.

It is likely that Russia will attempt to eventually redeploy some of the forces recovered from Kherson to reinforce and expand its offensive operations near the town of Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast.

Man your post summed up the user experience at TD. Social media combined with politics broke everything.

Elon was hated when he was getting tax credits and claiming Trump was bad for solar.

Political allegiance now comes first when forming opinions.

Russia fires cruise missiles with nuclear warhead simulator at Ukraine
Olena Roshchina — Friday, 18 November 2022, 10:44

One of the two cruise missiles shot down over Kyiv on 17 November was equipped with a simulator of a nuclear warhead, writes Defense Express.

Source: Defense Express with reference to its own sources

Details: According to confidential sources, it was a Kh-55 cruise missile, which instead of a warhead had a block "bolted on" that acted as a simulator of a nuclear warhead.

That is, for this strike, the Russians took at least one Kh-55 from their "nuclear arsenal", "unscrewed" a nuclear warhead from this missile, and replaced it with a "blank shell", which was fired at Ukraine.

According to experts, the fact that the Kh-55 missile from the "nuclear arsenal" was used indicates that the stock of cruise missiles in Russia is running out and reaching a critical level for the Kremlin.

Otherwise, the Russians deliberately used the Kh-55 with an "empty" simulator of a nuclear warhead to create the effect of overloading the air defence of Ukraine, the outlet adds. At the beginning of the war, the Russians used "consumables" to "overload" Ukraine’s air defence, for example, Soviet Tupolev Tu-243 drones rather than scarce missiles.

In particular, the Russian Federation is running out of stocks of the newer Kh-101 cruise missiles, designed for a conventional warhead (the variant for delivering nuclear weapons is designated Kh-102).

Defense Express’s confidential sources stated that during the attack on 15 November 2022, a Russian Kh-101 was shot down, which was manufactured in the third quarter of this year. Usually, "older" missiles are fired first, then newer ones are used.

Now the Swedes are reporting they've found explosive traces at the damaged sites of the Nordstream pipelines.

quote:

STOCKHOLM, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Investigators have found traces of explosives at the site of the damaged Nord Stream gas pipelines, confirming sabotage had taken place, a Swedish prosecutor said on Friday.

Swedish and Danish authorities are investigating four holes in the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines which link Russia and Germany via the Baltic Sea and have become a flashpoint in the Ukraine crisis as gas supplies in Europe run short.

Denmark last month said a preliminary investigation had shown that the leaks were caused by powerful explosions.

"Analysis that has now been carried out shows traces of explosives on several of the objects that were recovered," the Swedish Prosecution Authority said in a statement, adding that the findings establish the incident as "gross sabotage".

It said the continued probe would determine whether it would be possible to identify those responsible.

I think this explains the CIA visit to the Russian spy leader and all the anti nuclear rhetoric the last few weeks.

We probably “saw” this coming out of storage and told them we saw it.

After a trip to visit with Putin's top apologist who has seemingly flipped sides since Mearsheimer's visit with Orban by Hungary voting for reparations to Ukraine from Russia at the UN.

Either Russia's strike which shutdown the pumping station on the Druzha pipeline, Hungary's so source of crude oil, was another errant missile, OR pissed at Hungary for voting against Russia.

Rybar talks about the drawdown of US war stockpiles and our inability to quickly replenish them.
https://t.me/rybar/41264

quote:

The war in Ukraine depleted American arsenals

An interesting article was published on CNN: three unnamed sources shared information with the publication about the depletion of stocks of weapons and ammunition due to deliveries to Kyiv.

The problem is not new: the Pentagon has been sounding the alarm for a couple of months now, because the war with Russia does not end, and there are no longer enough reserves for a potential conflict in Taiwan. Yes, and other conflicts too.

??Back in the spring, Raytheon Technologies signed a contract with the Pentagon for the production of Stinger MANPADS: due to the supply of systems to third countries in the Middle East, as well as to Ukraine, it will now take years for the country's military-industrial complex to make up for the lack of missiles. Stingers have not been produced for two decades.

??The same problem is with artillery shells: at a cost of 5-6 thousand shells per day, in the USA the production rate is 80 thousand shells per year.

??The story is similar with Javelin anti-tank systems: in the production of 4,000 units per year, 7,000 units were delivered to Ukraine.

??And in the CNN article, they now touch on another question: is what is happening a problem for national security? So far, this is only the cause of heated debates on the sidelines of the Ministry of Defense. Further deliveries directly depend on how much the Pentagon is willing to take risks.

Another cause of problems with the replenishment of stocks in warehouses was the sagging of global logistics and the disruption of decades of supply chains. Instantly increase production will no longer work.

Rybar on the Russian offensive in the Donetsk region
quote:

Offensive in the Donetsk direction
situation as of 19.00 November 17, 2022

??Units of the 100th brigade of the NM of the DPR established control over the Basseyn stronghold on the southeastern approaches to Nevelskoye.

??Russian troops attacked in three groups: one entered from the north and cut off the supply of the long-term position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the forest belt, and the others entered the line of trenches. Thanks to the maneuver, it was possible to achieve surprise and almost immediately take a strong point.

??The enemy twice tried to counterattack and recapture an important position for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but the fighters of the NM DPR repelled both assaults. During the battle for Bassin, Ukrainian artillery mistakenly hit its own units.

?? The fortified area allows you to take fire control of the road from Krasnogovorovka to Pervomayskoye, as well as to start a direct assault on Nevelskoye.

??In other areas, local battles are taking place: Russian troops are clearing the northern outskirts of Opytny and the eastern part of Vodyany.
