That depends because it’s written in legalese. Some international law experts believe it only requires the USA to take the issue up at the UN Security Council. Some international law experts believe it requires the USA to give Ukraine any aid it requests regardless if it’s reasonable or unreasonable. However, most international law experts and the position that the Clinton, GWB, Obama, Trump, and Biden state departments have taken is that the USA is obligated to provide whatever aid Ukraine requires and is deemed reasonable for the situation.

It is just getting started. And we all know it is way too late to wish we'd turn tail and run in the opposite direction.

I agree, and would like to add that all of the aid that has been provided by the US has been appropriated by Congress with overwhelming bipartisan support.

North Macedonia is sending 4 of it’s SU-25 ground attack aircraft and 31 T-72 tanks, the entirety of it’s fixed wing air force and tank forces. Most likely they will be refitted with western weapons from a NATO country, possibly some older M1A1 Abrams could be on the table as well as German Leopards.

I saw pics of at least some of the tanks on a train a couple of days ago, they had them covered in tarps but the barrel of the gun was visible.
