It's the only theater where Russia is actively pushing. Donbas is the crown jewel as it is the main industrial center of Ukraine.
Man that is a far cry from what was said at the beginning of the war and what actually occurred. They certainly didn't need to invade from Crimea further into Kherson, from the north into Kiev, Chernihiv, Sumy, and from the northeast into Kharkiv if their only goal was Donetsk and Luhansk.

They spread themselves too thin early in the war. Now they're concentrating on one front and Ukraine is retreating.

Yeah it's turned into a meat grinder and a battle of will. If Ukraine can't get access to enough Western arms to even the battlefield, I'm not sure how long they will hang on fighting.

Yes they did. Their original plan was discarded and they have changed tactics.
Russia attacked and retreated. They are attacking again concentrating on the Donbas. Ukraine has retreated.
See my point? Retreating doesn’t mean the war is over and one side loses the war. It’s part of the ebb and flow of things.

Patain (cajun spelling intended) is yet changing generals again due his smashing success.

I'd be surprised if Zelensky is in office a year from now. The only way I see that being possible is if Russia has a prolonged pause and then attacks the rest of Ukraine several years down the road. That seems unlikely. I think what happens is Russia will want to go ahead and get rid of their government while they have them on the run.

Ukraine openly admits they are severely outgunned. There isn't going to be another ebb and flow. Russia adapted and is crushing them.

If he isn’t president, it eill be because Russia had won and put their guy in charge. It won’t be because the Ukranian people threw him out.
If Putin’s health is as bad as some rumors have indicated, Putin may be gone first. We can only hope this is true.

I want to see his total embarrassment first

All of which will be easily rebuilt by Russia. Ukraine is finished economically because they're losing their most vital areas of natural resources in the Donbas.
So Russia alone has the ability & resources to rebuild Donbas, but Ukraine + EU + US + UK doesn’t have the ability to rebuild Ukraine afterwards?
Germany recovered from WWII destruction and is now the 4th largest economy in the world despite being about 2/3 the size of the smallest population ahead of them in GDP. And that’s after spending 40+ years divided in half under communist rule, ie ruled by Russia. Large differences in East and west Germany still exist today after reunion to the favor of west Germany. The difference? Western investment and capitalism.
You are incapable of making a coherent point grounded in fact & historical precedent.

The point is flying over your head. Russia will control Donbas and probably Ukraine eventually.

How dare you say bad things about comrade Putin and his failing health! You’re going to make Stidham cry. He would be lost without Putin’s leadership. If the Russian people had any sense and weren’t just sheep that took in what their propaganda feeds them like a slut swallowing a dick then they would get smart and Mussolini his arse by stringing him up in the center of Moscow.

Germany has always been an economic power house so it was guaranteed. Ukraine has always been a backwater door mat to Poland, Russia, and the Turks. Comparing Ukraine to Germany is like comparing a the basketball potentials between a 6ft 11 kid and 5ft 5.

The only thing worse than a corrupt nation controlled by globalists is a corrupt nation controlled by Russians.

. I think all you Russian trolls are absolutely hilarious in how low you go to defend a corrupt country like Russia. Ukraine is no angel either they have corruption too but they didn’t invade another country.
Ukraine is run by the exact same Globalist cabal that is doing everything in its power to foment the Great Reset. How the frick anybody can root for them is beyond me.

I'm looking forward to all the Africans wearing the "Ukraine - World Champions" t-shirts and hats this fall.

I'm really starting to think you're functionally retarded as not a single person in this thread has denied this. In fact everyone in this thread said this happened days ago yet you act like this is some huge thing no one has admitted to.
But if you really believe Russia is some amazing place stopping the great reset pack your bags and go help them rather than bitching about it on an internet forum. You'd possible be useful there
