In this world of everyone having a camera handy and there are no pictures yet to be seen of the noose? So what if there was a noose. It doesn't mean it was intended for a racist statement. They used to hang horse thieves, so should all the descendants of horse thieves that were hung be offended now. Sounds like people pretending to be offended for sympathy and a narrative of racism during critical midterm election runoffs coming up.
