I'd look into this group. Deciding to stop construction on a library honoring corrupt Obama in a massively corrupt city because of an alleged noose gives me all the grift con vibes.

Must be funded by taxes to make a stop work decision like that. Then add to it more diversity training for all, those poor workers.
