Two things:

First, there's just about no way this happened. Chicago has a history of made up racial incidents.

Second, since when did noose = racism? People of all colors (and, FYI, mostly white people) have been hanged by the neck from a rope until dead throughout history, and including the post Civil War period. In fact, and contrary to reporting, lynching was an equal opportunity exercise in extra judicial mob justice.

Ergo, it either didn't happen, or no one should give a shite about it.
