Stout, at one time didn’t you believe Morganfield was going to be a great development? East Macneese is going to be hood in no time flat.
SWFCU is trashy

Ive watched a million of these .. theyre amazing.

White and Hispanic women really need to step up their game when it comes to talking to cops (when they know they're guilty). White ladies flop on the ground and start screaming about anxiety and Hispanic women just immediately forget English.

Black women never have ID.. never know the person who drove them to the crime. Never know the person with them in the store. Never know why theyre being questioned. Never did anything wrong.. but always know the number to the bail bond place

Never said that. I said that contiguous Lake Charles has to grow east of that due to natural boundaries. Everything way south of town (Parish Line Rd area), around Grand Lake, is too expensive to insure, and who we all know what North LC is. Nelson area still has areas to develop but that land is getting unaffordable for some.

Where LC turns to Iowa around 397 is the next growth area IMO. Lakeview Estates in Morganfield has several $800K+ houses going up and the lots there are $120K. Also, there is a small subdivision there with several multi-million dollar homes on 15 acre lots. Someone just built one of the largest homes in LC there. That area will not be ghetto as fast as you think.

Obviously, noncontiguous growth (going over the river) will keep happening in Moss Bluff, but LC really doesn't have anywhere left to grow once the Nelson Rd area is built out. It's really interesting that hardly anyone wants to be in Lebleu settlement.

I think the boundary for how far south people are willing to go for now is around Gautheir Rd

ETA: It will be interesting to see what happens to both shooting ranges southeast of town when that area starts getting more populated

Well south of gauthier is AE and had 3’ of water during Ike so fair point. Pockets of hood all around the hwy 14 area and the trailer hoods will not help property values.
We need a sheriff to go hard on crime but sadly ours will not.

Yea the trailer parks on 14 are gross AF but Moss Bluff has the same issues in several areas.
