we talked about this with the Pat O’Brien’s story during COVID, she was bankrupting the FQ businesses and property owners were selling. it was a feeding frenzy of Private Equity, big corporations/developers, and that guy that owns a lot of FQ assets already. Detroya’s husband is her bag man

Marrion Barry? At least he could speak somewhat intelligibly and there was at least some contrition on his part as to his misdeeds at some point. Latoya's ignorance and arrogance trumps the crack conviction in my view. But yes he does have an argument I'll give you that.

Cantrell is simply doing her job for big real estate interests.
She is doing her part to bottom out the market so that groups like Blackrock can come in and buy huge tracts of land that are undervalued and develop them for untold billions in profit.
