What are these mother frickers doing in a nursing home. I haven’t been able to visit my Dad since the middle of March and these entitled racists bitches are going into nursing homes for what reasons?

An hour difference does make a difference. Some people work from dark to dark. That is depressing.

DST sucks.

Leave us on Standard time year round like God intended when he created the Earth.

I didn’t realize this (article from October 2019)

quote:

Seven states – Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee and Washington – have approved legislation to make daylight saving time permanent. These states still need the OK from the federal government to enact the change, however.

I for one prefer to remain on standard time year-round.

I fully support this.

Can’t wait for people that hunt to start whining about this.

If we switch to year round daylight saving time the sun won’t rise until 8 am in December and January.

frick that I love how it gets dark at 4:50 in the winter

lol i've written off the summer and am pining for those sweet autumn/winter dark afternoons to watch horror movies and football

switching to DST year round is idiotic. switching to standard would be great.

What happened to the Mandie thread on this? Has she gone the way of Kibbles and Helmet? Is that now taboo?

One step further away from God. Regular time was good enough for Adam and Eve but we think we know so much more. It will catch up with us. Some say it’s catching up now.

Agreed....just drop DST like so many others have done....needs to be Nation wide in the US......yet LA gonna go the opposite way.

Just wait till this starts messing up businesses.....Texan calls LA business for item....oops closed 1 hour early. Having to know which states in which time zones are practicing which preferred method of time.

I would prefer Mother Nature Time all year round.

Geez, if kids get to go back to school any time soon, they'll be going in the dark on DST more than they already are.

This is going to be a mess.
