Not to mention that the entire concept doesn’t hold true with police when they interact with unarmed individuals, resulting in the situations people have such outcry about.
People don’t even follow that mindset with individuals who are 100% carrying loaded weapons (police).

Ok so I watched a lot of the trial from today and the prosecuting attorney is an absolute douche who is basically making up shite to put into Kyles mouth, telling him what his intentions were, and ignoring basic common sense to try a fit what happened to fit his own narrative. And Kyle handled himself well against him, as much as could be expected of a 17 year old on the stand for killing two and injuring a third.
Not sure what all happened during the previous days but if the prosecution acted then like it did today then if I were the jury my mind would absolutely be made up already. Can’t believe it’s being allowed to continue like this honestly. That’s not justice being done, it’s the prosecution attacking him for what has to be political reasons and making shite up to make the story fit how he wants it to be.
