They should instruct the employees to go to a safe room and then drop bulletproof panels at the exits.
Then either leave them caged until the police arrive or fill the room with cyanide.

Until we start getting serious and shooting every single one of these people this nonsense will just get worse and worse
Its time to get tough and put a stop to this

I really want like a batman type figure to mace or taser these useless fricks, stomp these motherfrickers ribs in and then take off into the woods woth a mask on. And I want the same amount of effort put into finding them as they do the looters

Don't buy new items from Ebay.
You're just supporting this very behavior because that's how they sell the stuff they steal.
If everyone quit buying stolen merchandise, the market for this behavior would dry up

I'm willing to bet many items sold as new on Ebay, especially if they are priced less than what they cost in the stores, have previously been shoplifted
Probably a network of shady criminals.
Get a bunch to massive shoplift. Bring the stuff to a handler, then post it on Ebay as "new in box"

correct. it’s also a fad to pretend that nationwide crime statistics in 2024 are valid when we know for a fact multiple large police departments aren’t reporting crime statistics at all.

I'm surprised major retailers haven't pulled out of CA yet.
They'll just raise prices to cover it and morons will still buy it. Consumers can control this with a little restraint. Especially jewel that has a 1000% (10x) mark up, anyway.

Don’t know if they’re bulletproof but this is a thing. Gas stations also can often lock doors and the person behind counter is behind that thick plexiglass.
