You still refuse to accept that “KM” is responsible for murder. How much did you sob when Karmelos was found guilty?

I have no issues with him going to jail.

Austin didn’t threaten him. It would not even matter in that situation as along with being at a district track event with coaches and staff words alone are not justification to use force in a self defense claim.

There was at least one witness for the prosecution from the nearby tent of another school who backed up Austin not being the instigator. It wasn’t just his teammates.

Your boy said exactly what Austin did. He put his hands on him. That was enough for him to kill him, and many black supporters of Anthony ignorantly seem to agree. They would consider the fact that you think more was required is just showing that you don’t understand black boundaries and are part of the white problem.

Other witnesses including black students stated Austin specifically told Anthony that he was not going to fight him. They also stated it was Anthony who pushing it towards a fight including the put hands on him and see what happens while his hand was in his bag likely unfolding the knife he planned to use.

Anthony instigated the entire situation all the while knowing he had a knife with him, was getting it ready, and could reasonably assume that no one would think that he had a knife and also reasonably assume that Austin would not have a knife or other weapon.

That is more proof that most did not see it as getting out of hand much less murder. It all happened really quickly as well. Only Anthony knew it was about to get out of hand, and only Anthony knew he would end it quickly by stabbing Austin in the heart before most even knew what was happening. He would then try to disappear in the crowd until he was pointed out by other students.

Which is likely why Anthony lost an attorney or two after seeing the video that showed his version was a lie, but the family and activist didn’t want to seek a plea bargain and wanted to continue to push self-defense.


Now tell those of us who don’t know why are some posters claiming that you had some past issues with fraud?
