Making him read from a text chain that he was part of brings it to life from the supervisor’s mouth. Defense ran the risk of the messages being read poorly like Proctor did in the first trial, but it worked great here.
These are the text messages and with all of the other evidence going on in this case, you never even considered this angle as part of the investigation. Somehow this would be all speculation, but the moment a question is asked, “did I hit him,” which is also speculation, you ran with that as the gospel and centered all of the investigation on it.

Turtleboy is saying he's heard there is a Zoom meeting scheduled for 11 AM but doesn't know if it will be televised.
What in the world is going on? It can't just be that one juror is unable to make it because I don't think they would completely cancel for that reason - that's why you have alternates.

I guess it's possible they can if they are already ahead of schedule and they are confident it will only be one day. I was thinking maybe Judge Bev was sick but that wouldn't explain the zoom call. I wonder if this is something they would do if a juror tested positive for Covid or something and they don't wan the rest of the jurors to get together until they all get tested or something.

Hopefully AJ has pulled his GPS coordinates as well throughout the night to see when and where he went. No doubt in my mind BH gets deposed again which will force the CW to call him
