No problem, hopefully we get an answer at the zoom call. Sounds like it's a defense issue as the commonwealth showed up to court and the defense didn't. Seeing that Karen might be sick.

In a trial this long, you do not continue with court if 1 of the 12 seated jurors has to miss. If the juror is going to miss an extended period of time, yes, you would consider it
But could also be any court member getting in an acident

sounds like court will happen today and John's niece and nephew will testify today. So we won't have much live stream from the court room today until they finish with their testimony.
It's a shame Hank Brennan is putting the kids on the stand again for this sham of a trial. Hank Brennan is a POS.

I would think he would treat the kids similar to John's mom, and I don't think we will find out what happens during their testimony.

Exactly. The texts message threads already demonstrated that their relationship was dysfunctional. So I don't know why they had to put the kids on the stand. Seems unnecessary.

A juror interview from the first trial said the commonwealth calling the kids was looked at in a bad light for the Commonwealth. They thought it was unnecessary. I'm sure the, different, juror that is part of Karen's defense team this trial told them the same thing and helped them craft that short cross.

I just turned it on. I see people in the chat commenting about the idea of O'keefe being hit by Karen. Someone was saying the right side of the SUV hitting O'Keefe on the right side doesn't make sense. Now they are looking at tshirt. Did O'Keefe have that on the night he died?

The state forensic scientist testified that she labeled (with a sticker) and collected two pieces of glass from the bumper. During cross Alessi pointed out that one of the stickers (that labeled the glass pieces) was actually a reflection of the other. Once presented with this the scientist didn't want to admit one of the stickers in the picture was a reflection of the other.
