I don’t see how a jury will ever convict this lady of anything. There’s reasonable doubt with everything about this case. Hopefully they just acquit her and end this shite show forever.

mmhmm.......and gave away the dog as we already talked about.

Shady all around that group.

I watched the show that plays right after court ends for the day, for about 10 mins. They listed 3 or 4 things they did since it happened. Got rid of the dog, sold the house.. and something else.. I can't remember, but it does raise some flags.

Agree. But after the first trial, it’s hard for me to have faith in the jury. I’m afraid it will be another hung jury and there will be a 3rd trial. The Norfolk County DA has no soul and he is in office until 2026, just not sure of the month.

I wasn’t sure what you were asking, are you referring to today or 2nd trial in general? Her 2nd trial has completed day 7, no court today.
I thought there was enough reasonable doubt for the first trial to end in an acquittal, so I’m not optimistic about this 2nd trial’s jury being able to understand the concept of reasonable doubt.

Had Auntie Bev asked if counsel wanted to poll the jury, she would have been acquitted of the two most serious counts.

Does anyone think that when Karen Read was hysterical asking if she hit him.. That's when whoever did it, got the idea to break her tail light?

O'keefe is accidently killed, his body was brought to where it was found. Read goes there where he is found. She screams "Did I hit him! Did I hit him!" Someone who is in the Albert group thinks "She doesn't even know whether she killed him or not. All we have to do is make it look like she did. We can knock out the tail light and that will point to Karen".

If only these idiots would have thought "no text. stay off the cell phones as much as possible".

I can't see a jury finding Karen guilty. I think Jennifer McCabe alone gives this case too many holes. I just don't see how someone can say "Oh yeah Karen definitely did it".

yes pretty much, and I also think Jen McCabe was at the center of setting that up. Jen saw her taillight was broken and remembered she was asking "did I hit him" (or something to that affect). Then at one of these meetings later that day they decided to go forward with that story.

Which is why Jen had to call Lank to tell him she needed to add to her story after already completing an interview. She had to add that she heard Karen say "I hit him"

Why didn't McCabe say during the Grand Jury that Read said "I hit him. I hit him. I hit him."

Why isn't it in Proctor's report if he thought Read was guilty from the first moment?

Why wasn't it in Lank's report?

The "I hit him." was brought forward later when the walls started to close in a bit l.

That's the thing though, she never told Lank that. Literally the first time "normal soccer mom" Jen McCabe said that Karen said (later that she screamed) "I hit him" was at the first trial. Karen 100% did not say that and McCabe did not tell Lank, nor Proctor that. You cannot convince me that the corrupt Canton PD was told that at the time and didn't memorialize it.

Haven't caught up on the thread but McCabe looks at the jury just like Amber Heard.

While KR definitely seems like a psycho gf and capable of something like this, the investigation is just such a shite show and doesn’t prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt.

From someone that has been hit by a car with my arm involved and glass, OJO arm looks sketchy to me compared to my own experiences.

Correct , which is why I said this:
