This is dumb. Clearly Brennan is just fishing for Wolfe to make some statement that he can use. The judge should be embarrassed for wasting the courts time on this sham.

Started reading this thread and watching the documentary last week. Still don’t know all of the testimony and players.
Isn’t Whiffen a prosecution witness?
Doesn’t this testimony prove that she couldn’t have hit him and got to John’s house in that time frame?

Yes he’s the prosecution expert and yes It proved to me that Karen could not have hit him. I guess if you’re already biased his testimony could prove she did but I don’t know how.

She pretty much hinted yesterday that she will give them to May 7th to complete their report which means she will allow them to testify.

I get what you’re saying, but facts matter. Facts don’t lie, people do. There are so many people testifying for the Commonwealth that have trouble telling the truth. Like the ARCCA experts said in trial 1.0, the evidence is not indicative of a vehicle vs pedestrian accident.

I'm way behind and still on Whiffen testimony about the battery temp. I'm predicting that Alessi is about to nail Whiifen to the wall about the sharp drop in temp of the cell phone battery he showed on his chart.
