Who is she?
Kate Peter used to work for a journalist named Aiden Kearney (aka Turtleboy). She was fired by Aiden in 2020 and since then she has been obsessed with him.
There was a affidavit filed that lays out accusations that Kate Peter was an agent of the state working to get Aidan put in jail. Accusations are that she was paid by the Commonwealth as well as received gifts from witnesses in the Karen Read trial.

Cellebrite expert is on the stand explaining that the search on McCabes phone wasn't from 2:30am...
Really interested to hear Alessi cross him.

I assume he means the BAC was .093 at 9am the next morning. Which means she drank a lot of alcohol the night before
15 years ago I got a DUI and had to have a breathalyzer in my car. I could get 100% smashed the night before and blow OK into it the next morning. Ive probably got 100 lbs on this wiry woman, but she was hammered.
I dont think she did anything though.

Started watching the dui guy/buckle up. He’s showing testimony from a witness in the 1st trial vs 2nd trial. Been interesting to see the differences in testimony from one trial to another.

Whiffen's testimony calls into question some of Jen McCabe's testimony. Jen tesified in the first trial that she searched "its raining men" on Jan 29th. Whifffen tesified that the search was made on Jan. 27th.

Whiffen may not be an expert in many more trials after what he just testified to.

Defense is gonna tear this guy up

They probably won't get to cross today though. It will just be a big cliff hanger until tomorrow, but that may not be good for Whiffen. Alessi will have all night to prepare his cross!

My least favorite of the defense team... He seems like one of those people that are so smart they have trouble connecting in conversation with regular people.

I haven’t been paying much attention to her trial, but I find her very sexy….
Not guilty
Not guilty

Not going to be able to listen until later, is he really doing that bad?
Posted on 4/28/25 at 11:06 am to LSBoosie
He's doing ok but there were times that I thought, man defense is gonna rip him on that..
He doesn't speak in absolutes like an expert. He uses words like fairly accurate, approximate, etc..
I honestly don't know enough about a phones IOS to determine if he's full of shite or not.
ETA- If he was the only expert the jury would hear, he makes a good case on what he was brought there to do.

And we still have the Arcaa witnesses voir dire this afternoon..

They might not even get done with direct by lunch/jury being dismissed for the day.

Brennan is on a fishing expedition
ETA: I'm done with Hank Brennan. This guy is why lawyers get a bad name.

family is likely to try to sue her over anything after the trials.
The family has to be a bunch of stone cold retards. After hearing all this evidence they aren't at all inquisitive about the odd behavior of the Albert clan?

The way Wolfe is answering some of these questions has me struggling to keep my laughter in.
