I haven’t followed this at all. Did this chick kill someone or not?

Beats me, haven't followed this for a second.
She's probably hot given how much attention the OT has given this case.

A jury didn't find that beyond a reasonable doubt, so im the yes of the law, no.
Most people agree, there's no evidence to prove that.

No. There was zero evidence she did. Never should have been prosecuted.

I know what the verdict was. What do most people really think?

I agree with this, but even with that said, I fully expected the jury to do what jury's do and return a guilty verdict.

does the investigation into the death reopen or quietly and quickly fade away?
It's fairly common knowledge that there is a Federal investigation into this case. But it is likely focused on the corruption, not on the murder (or accident death) itself.
It reminds me of the line from The Usual Suspects. Agent Kujan talking anout Dean Keaton:
"Then, there he was having lunch. But since we convicted someone else of the murders we know he committed, we had to let him go."

Majority thinks she isn’t guilty and have seen no evidence that proves she did anything. Most think she never should have been prosecuted twice. Many think that the real killer was inside the cop’s house and there was a massive coverup to protect all the cops there that night.

We have no idea but there isn't any solid evidence that says she did anything wrong. There is some evidence that the cops tried to frame her though.
The truth is that we have no idea how he died. He could have gotten beat up by the Alberts, he could have gotten hit by a car (unlikely), or he could have gotten bit by the Albert's dog, fell down some stairs and hit a corner table or something. There was no real investigation until it was WAY to late so we have no idea what happened.

I’d LOVE for the FBI to prove there was corruption in the investigation and prosecution of this case.
Posted on 6/18/25 at 2:26 pm to HeadCall
Possibly but there was no real evidence she did. The evidence brought against her was dubious at best.

Good for her. Glad to see the results.

If I was Karen, I'd want to leave that courthouse ASAP. What's taking so long?

Jen mccabe better sleep with one eye open. I hope the Feds make an example out of the corrupt police.

That's basically where I'm at, I don't think whatever happened was intentional. I've also wondered if something happened inside the house, he attempted to leave, and collapsed in the yard which is how he ended up there.
Bluntly I am completely ignorant on the case - really do not know the details, but how many people would need to be in on the conspiracy for her to have not done it in this case. For example, I read something about a broken taillight with his dna on it and she has a broken tail light. Wouldn't quite a few need to be in on this? Not questioning, just trying to understand
