I don’t think there’s any way they can prove she was actually guilty of OUI (other than her saying so) but think they just find her guilty there due to all other counts being NG.

I'm going with NG on all. I don't see where OUI was proven, but then again, do we trust the jury?

So if she is found guilty of DWI, Will that mean hung jury, then the state can re try her on all charges again?

Maximum punishments is if she hit someone also, which obviously the jury is saying she didn't.
Plus a Mass. lawyer said Bev gave many 1st time offense punishments and all were the minimum.
