ESPN radio talking about it this morning. Asking the fans to "keep their own opinion out of it" and respect the moment of unity

Whooo boy! That is fricking RICH .

Sounds strangely like they're saying "just shut up and watch" doesn't it? Sort of in line with "shut up and dribble" that they lost their collective mind over...

Twitter took down the video of the fans booing. Wtf. They don’t want you to know that people disagree with BLM

BLM is holier than the catholic church. Thou shall not blaspheme the one true religion.

Have the white folks from gated communities come in this thread to explain that those booing are racist yet?

You’re only allowed to hear that everyone agrees with BLM. Everything else is blasphemy and makes you a racist

It’s ironic as hell that same people that use terms like that support a president that likely will seek to become a dictator regardless of election outcome.

You have no evidence of this; it is a horrible stratagem of the looney left, and it is damaging to our democracy.

While the left accuses Trump of dictatorial ambitions, it espouses the tactic of refusing to concede the election regardless of outcomes.

Further, it is the left that attacks free speech with its cancel-culture, shouting down university speakers with whom they disagree and agitating (sometimes successfully) to have their political opponents fired.

George Orwell had you guys pegged 70 years ago. Two plus two is five. Everyone must not only say it, they must ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT!

think I'm going to just say I'm taking a year off of betting and cable and avoid the topic. You'd have to know the relationship I have with this guy to truly get it. He's a very smart, family oriented, but very private black man. Very respectable in most senses but man, he can hold a grudge. Just don't want to piss in my own daily bed when I hate my job enough and have friction with this guy over totally non-racial, non-political reasons. I manage him and we manage a team together so we're peers, but I have the senority. It's a blurred line and we need to see eye to eye on things to make it work and that's been tough with workplace issues.

there is a reason you don't talk politics at work, and shouldn't be in sports either.

I will not spend one penny or give one second of my time to any organization that supports BLM. it isnt about equality, it is about them being superior

I only watched the game because I wanted to watch CEH.

The beginning of the game was a farce. Let's have two flags and two anthems AND a moment of silence for "unity."

Exactly, when your team president comes out and says that "White people need to do better," you're going to anger a lot of people. They're pointing the finger at the plant baw working 40+ hours a week so he can afford a Suburban for his wife to take his kids to travel ball. That baw needs to do better because police brutality is all his fault because he isn't doing enough.

"Its called 'the moment of unity', like how could you disagree with a moment that's literally called a "a moment of unity". If you're against our "moments of unity" then you're probably a divisive racist."

Yep. The average white person has nothing to do with police brutality. Hell the average police officer has nothing to do with police brutality. These are very few isolated incidents when compared to the number of interactions that police officers have across the country. But if you don’t 100% agree and support the cause, you’re a racist. And this cause is going way beyond police brutality now
