I won't make jokes, was laid off my last job without warning and it sucked. Glad you have at least a little time to find other work or decide other things to do.

Sorry to hear that. Has happened to me twice but things always have a way of working out. Just keep networking and keep your spirits up.
And I don't know if this is a laugh for you or not but if it makes you feel better our County here in Tennessee is the first to get the corona today. You got that going for you!

With that amount of experience, you ought to be able to easily find a job. You may have to relocate out of Kalifornistan. That state seems bent on destroying its middle class and small businesses.

My company is selling everything on the West Coast... too hard and expensive to do business over there.
