This dude just got fired again because he was involved in the lawsuit. 
The company actually said thats why they fired him. So he's likely going to file ANOTHER lawsuit.

Like someone said earlier, there must have been some pretty damming evidence presented to win this case. Wrongful termination is very difficult to prove. Happy this guy stuck with it though.

Is it really that hard to prove when a company openly states they are going to get rid of white males for diversity.
Seems easy as frick to me.

Same thing happened in metro Atlanta. Victor Hill fired dozens of high ranking whites in the Sheriffs office his first or second day on the job. He’s been in jail and sued multiple times but those dumbasses in Clayton keep voting for him. That place is a shite hole now.

Reminds me of the story of some black dude who sued and won some discrimination/civil rights suit.
He went to deposit the award check and the bank called the cops on him because they said the check was fraudulent.
He then sued the bank and won that one too.

Mayor Broom did it in the BRPD. Chief was the wrong color. She didn’t even interview any non-blacks for the job.

Let me guess, an actual jury of his peers. Guys get wrongly imprisoned for 40 years and get out with a pat on the back. Oh the irony of playing the poor me victim white guy card and getting 10 million
